?? WE'RE GROWING OUR TEAM! ?? Lil' Brother Construction is looking for an experienced, hands-on Residential Lead Remodeler to join our team! This is NOT a position for someone who only wants to supervise. We're looking for a working lead who enjoys being in the field, working alongside the crew, solving problems, and helping deliver quality remodeling projects for our customers. As a Residential Lead Remodeler, you'll: ? Lead and train crew members ? Communicate with customers throughout projects ?
